Barcelona Contemplates Summer Departure for Lewandowski Amid Growing Discontent
Diario Sport’s Alfredo Martinez reports that Barcelona is considering the possibility of selling Robert Lewandowski in the upcoming summer transfer window. There is increasing dissatisfaction with the striker’s performance this season, prompting discussions about potential destinations. One option being explored is a move to Saudi Arabia, with Barcelona already reaching out to an Arab agent to assess the feasibility. Despite the club’s willingness to part ways for around €30m, Lewandowski, content with Barcelona and the city, may not be inclined to leave. The 35-year-old, currently struggling to convert chances, has a contract with Barcelona until 2026, with an option for an additional year.
