Bernardo Silva Eager to Make Barcelona Move a Reality
Bernardo Silva’s desire to join Barcelona is growing stronger as he sees the move to Spain as a step closer to his home country, according to reports from Sport.
Barcelona, in turn, are open to the idea of signing Silva during this summer transfer window, considering him as a potential direct replacement for the departing Ousmane Dembele.
However, the financial limitations faced by the Catalan club pose a significant obstacle to making the deal happen. Manchester City, Silva’s current club, values the talented right-winger at €70 million and is not eager to sell him, as Pep Guardiola considers him an integral part of the squad.
Due to these factors, it appears increasingly likely that Silva will remain at Manchester City for at least one more season before a move to Barcelona or another club abroad can be negotiated and facilitated.
