Deco Praises Joao Felix and Joao Cancelo’s Impact at Barcelona, Yet Club Remains Undecided on Long-Term Plans
Barcelona’s Deco has expressed satisfaction with the contributions of Joao Felix and Joao Cancelo to the team. Despite their positive impact, he revealed that the club is currently uncertain about their future in the long term.
“We are very happy with the performance of both of them. They bring a lot of quality to the squad,” Deco stated.
He added, “Now it is too early to talk about their situations, and we will have time to make decisions. Now is the time when the players must be focused on the club’s objectives and try to win as much as possible in all competitions.”
Felix and Cancelo joined Barcelona on loan from Atletico Madrid and Manchester City, respectively. While the Portuguese duo has shown glimpses of their quality, they are still working towards meeting the expectations of the fans.
