Bayern Munich Coach Thomas Tuchel Expresses Interest in LaLiga Role

Thomas Tuchel, the coach of Bayern Munich, does not hide his enthusiasm for coaching in LaLiga, a day after Xavi Hernandez announced he would be leaving Barcelona at the end of the season. The German coach did not hesitate to express his intention during an event with a Bayern Munich supporters’ club: “Moving abroad is something that still attracts me, and Spain has an extraordinary league,” he commented.

Tuchel, currently guiding Bayern Munich to second place in the Bundesliga behind Xabi Alonso’s Bayer Leverkusen, explained his statement: “From my point of view, and based on my experience working with Spanish players, they are characterized by immense self-confidence. When you talk to Spanish players, I immediately get the feeling that you are addressing the person directly.”
