Lucas Bergvall has arrived in Barcelona to finalize his prospective transfer to FC Barcelona, a deal that has gained momentum in recent days. The Swedish midfielder from Djurgardens was a priority for the Sporting Director, Deco, and the sports management, although the club clarifies that it is not a winter transfer target. The club’s plan was to secure his incorporation this week, and that has been accomplished. However, it is not expected that Bergvall will sign his contract with Barcelona this week.

Despite being only 17 years old, Bergvall is a highly promising midfielder known for his excellent ball control, power, and physical stature. Standing at 1.87 meters tall, he possesses the ability to cover ground effectively, break through opponent lines, and reach the opposition’s area.

The club envisions Bergvall joining FC Barcelona B from July onwards while also having involvement with the first team.
