Medina: ‘It’s a Challenging Match, But Not Impossible

Granada’s coach, the Uruguayan Alexander Medina, expressed confidence in achieving a positive result against Barcelona on Sunday, branding them as “a formidable opponent.” Despite acknowledging the difficulty of the upcoming match, Medina emphasized that it’s not an insurmountable challenge.

During Saturday’s press conference, the coach highlighted that his team had “a very good week,” characterized by productive training sessions and strategic planning that instilled confidence due to their recent performances.

“To win in Barcelona, we have to approach perfection, playing our best game in every aspect,” stated Medina, who is well aware of “the qualities and strengths of the opponent.”

Describing Barcelona as “one of the best teams in the league, a young and versatile squad with a significant range of attacking options,” Medina outlined the keys to success: “We have to play with high concentration, intensity, organization, and effective ball possession. We need a flawless performance to secure a victory. It’s a challenging match, but not impossible.”
