Barcelona’s Rising Stars Shine in Post-Getafe Training Under Xavi’s Guidance
The FC Barcelona squad hit the training ground this morning following their impressive victory against Getafe, with young talents Kochen, Moha, and Quim Junyent joining the session. The team underwent the usual post-match recovery training, gearing up for the upcoming clash against Athletic.
In yesterday’s match, Barcelona secured a resounding win over Getafe, propelling them to the second spot in the standings, awaiting Girona’s performance on Monday. Xavi led the customary recovery session and incorporated some less conventional young players, including Quim Junyent (16 years old), a promising midfielder who began the season in the Juvenil B team.
Junyent, a standout in the recent U-17 World Cup for Spain, concluded the tournament with two goals and an assist, bidding farewell after a quarter-final defeat to Noah Darvich’s Germany. A true Barça midfielder, Junyent, known for his low stature and exceptional ability to navigate tight spaces, showcased his skills during today’s training. Also present was Moha from Barça Atlètic, a key player for Márquez, though currently serving a suspension.
Goalkeeper Kochen also joined the senior squad in a session that included the notable presence of youth player Cubrasí, a standout performer against Getafe.
