The three Spanish teams in the Champions League quarterfinals (Real Madrid, Atlético, and Barça) have revealed the ticket prices for their home matches, and they are reaching unprecedented heights, with some tickets soaring up to €445. This has sparked outrage among fans, with hundreds expressing their discontent on social media platforms.

Here’s a breakdown of the ticket prices:

  • Real Madrid vs. Manchester City (€125 to €445): For non-member attendees, tickets for the clash against Pep Guardiola’s team at the Santiago Bernabéu range from €125 to €445. For club members, prices vary from €122 to €270.
  • Atlético Madrid vs. Borussia Dortmund (€70 to €335): The Wanda Metropolitano offers the lowest prices among the three Spanish teams, ranging from €70 to €335. The home advantage will be crucial for Atlético, although they will play the first leg at home and the second leg away in Germany.
  • FC Barcelona vs. PSG (€174 to €399): The Camp Nou boasts the highest minimum ticket price. Barça fans looking to attend the second leg of the tie will have to shell out a minimum of €174 if they are not members or season ticket holders. This steep increase exceeds the prices of the previous round against Napoli, causing frustration among supporters. The prospect of witnessing the team in the Champions League semifinals, along with the allure of seeing Mbappé and former coach Luis Enrique, has contributed to these exorbitant prices.

As for away matches, tickets for the games outside Spain have not yet been released. Atlético Madrid has announced plans to assist its members traveling to Dortmund, subsidizing part of the trip and contributing €200 per member. However, this assistance does not cover the cost of entry to Dortmund’s stadium.

The staggering prices at the Santiago Bernabéu, Wanda Metropolitano, and Camp Nou raise doubts about whether the matches will sell out, given the substantial financial burden placed on fans.
