New Camp Nou’s VIP Boxes: A €100 Million Asset for FC Barcelona
The VIP boxes at the new Camp Nou are set to become a significant financial asset for FC Barcelona, with the club putting 62 of these exclusive spaces up for sale to companies.
As reported by the ‘Tot Costa’ program on Catalunya Radio, the new Camp Nou will feature a total of 115 VIP boxes, including 20 Very VIP Suites and 95 Boxes. Out of these, 62 will be allocated to companies, while the remaining 53 will serve for occasional commitments, offering more exclusive spaces with a capacity for twelve people.
Despite the new Camp Nou not opening its doors until November 2025, the club has already commenced the sale of these 62 corporate boxes for the next decade. Many of these spaces have already been reserved.
The sale of these 62 boxes will provide a significant financial boost for the upcoming fiscal year. Interested parties are required to make an upfront payment covering the ten-year period, with an initial payment of 60% due on July 1st, followed by the remaining 40% in the summer of 2025.
With the total value of these 62 VIP boxes amounting to €160 million for the next ten years, the club will receive €100 million this summer and another €60 million the following summer.
These exclusive spaces are located across the Lateral and Tribune sections of the stadium, and the funds raised will be solely dedicated to financing the construction of the new Camp Nou.
