Manchester United and Barcelona in competition for the signature of a sought after right back

Sport reports that Vanderson has the approval of the technical staff at Barcelona and is gaining advocates within the club, particularly with the anticipated arrival of Deco into the recruitment department at Barcelona. However, there is little mention of the price, which could be a potential stumbling block as Monaco is not known for selling players cheaply.

It is also reported that Manchester United is interested in the Brazilian defender, and they could offer more money than Barcelona. The Red Devils’ interest in Vanderson could make it more challenging for Barcelona to sign him, as they would need to convince the player to turn down other offers to join the Catalan club.
